auto generate SO # for online orders

is there a way to give special prefix to online SOs?

i have prefix setup in the system for SO, ex: SO-XXXXX.

i am wondering if there is a way to separate online SO with manually entered SOs. ex, online SO will have numbers like this: SW-XXXXX.

is this possible?
