Case Closed as Duplicate
It would be EXTREMELY helpful for us, if one of our cases are closed as a duplicate, to be immediately attached to the now primary case.
Also, why does the older case get closed as a duplicate of a NEWER one?

Seriously? My old case gets closed as a duplicate of a MUCH NEWER case, and I dont even get attached to monitor updates?
It is SUCH an annoyance to now have to contact support all over again, and request to be attached when it should not have happened in the first place or at the very least been done for me!
