Seasonal Licensing

Does anyone else work for a company that has a need for seasonal licenses? My company follows the school year calendar. During peak times (6 months) we have a need for additional licenses but for the balance of the year do not use all of our subscriptions.

Is there any support among this community for licenses that you only pay for when you need them?
