NetSuite Lift & Shift

Has anyone heard of Lift & Shift migration of one NS account to another NS account?

I heard from one user who is in contact with NS that Lift & Shift is one option to migrate from one NS to another. However, they didn't explain what how the Lift & Shift works. Is it going to clone the NS account like cloning the hard drive?
