Recovering Deleted Folder in the File Cabinet
Hello,
We do not have a Netsuite hosted website, however, we do use the "Web Site Hosting Files" folder in the File Cabinet for our HTML email images.
I just came back from vacation only to discover that someone deleted the entire "Web Site Hosting Files" folder. This means that any emails that we've sent out to our customers will not display correctly since the source image files used for the email structure of the email design are gone.
We retrieved the earliest back-up of that folder from our "Sandbox" but it was last backed up in May so it's missing quite a few files. Is there any other way possible to recover this folder?
