Phone support way slower than ~year ago?
Anyone else noticed that support is much slower to pick up the phone than they used to be? I don't believe they have official SLAs, but ~year ago or more I'd say a call was picked up in ~3 minutes, unless you were calling the CSV queue, which has always been slower. In the last 6+ months average answer time seems to have gone up to 10-15 minutes. Not really sure this qualifies as Gold Support.
