Improving the Forum Search
I have noticed that there seems to be no way to use Search or Advanced Search to perform a logical AND of the keywords. It always does a logical OR.
Most of the time when I have more than one keyword, I want the search to return ONLY those posts which contain BOTH words. In most search engines one can use "OR" and "AND" to combine the words, with a default being "AND".
If I search for [brown cow] then I want posts that contain both "Brown" AND "cow"
If I search for ["brown cow"] then I want to match the EXACT phrase "brown cow".
