Not getting "instant" notifications
Hi,
I have my subscribed threads set to "instant notification" but I have yet to get a single email when a thread is updated.
I have tried to change my email settings, but when I enter my password (3 times) I get an error page. Seems no way to change it. I have no idea what it is.
I *do* routinely get emails generated by our netsuite instance, just no thread update instant notifications.
I'll keep checking back to see if there are any responses :-)
