change email address?

I have been having the hardest time changing my email with Netsuite - I changed my administrator email and all the other emails in the program, however, Netsuite will not change the email they have on their end to contact me (never got a reply from my account rep) and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to change it with this user group.  I went to the edit profile>change email/password and you can only change the password there.  Anyone know why changing an email is so difficult and if it can be done????
