Gerate a Certificate Signing Request (CSR)

In help on page:

It says:
For GoDaddy:
Contact Go Daddy’s customer support for instructions on entering your email address, challenge password, and optional company name.

Originally, I entered a challenge password and submitted to GoDaddy. They said they did not care if the challenge password was entered. Then I did further research:
1) It does not appear that this has any effect on the CA / GoDaddy
2) I think the challenge password is required when the certificate is installed on the server. I don't think NetSuite wants this.
