Incomplete search results

In our SCA webstore we seem to get incomplete search results.

For example using the webstore display name, we have the search setup with all available types (Keyword, Exact, Starts with Exact, Fuzzy, and starts with) yet the following happens.

Webstore Display Name "3M 415 Tape", and search for "3M Tape" we get no results.  Same is true for "Tape 3M".  Is there a way to get this to work?  Seems that it searches the string and not unique words.
