Displaying Transaction Content using Custom Forms vs. Standard Forms in the Customer Center
I am troubleshooting the display of transaction line item details, for example, the name, and photo of an item on transactions in the Customer Center using SCA Denali using the default modules when using a Custom Form.
When we use one of the standard forms on a transaction, for example "Standard Estimate", "Standard Cash Sale", or "Standard Sales Order", the line item details show up on the transaction in the customer center. When we use one of our custom forms, they break it and we only see the unit price, the quantity and the total amount in the rows. Neither the product name not the SKU show up.
