Meta Keyword and Meta Description

Hello,

I am new to NetSuite and just took over a SuiteCommerce Advanced site. I am having a lot of trouble with the meta keyword and meta description tags. They show up in the head, but they look like this on every single page: <meta name="keywords"> and <meta name="description">, there is not content="" being generated for either. I have tried editing the meta tag html box directly in NetSuite with no success, as well as I have tried searching through the code base to figure out where it is being generated and cannot seem to pinpoint it. I must be missing
