Content Delivery Issue - enhanced pages status = Pending.... (solution)

Thought I would share this incase anyone else is still using Content delivery service over the SMT.

FYI = We still use this as it works with multi domain and locale tags for content target at specific languages - although officially this is no longer a supported feature even though the SMT can't provide the same functionality.

So we discovered an issue with the Enhanced pages not displaying on the site.

This was due to the record status being set to "Pending" on creation. but there is now way to update the status. as you cannot editing even with inline editing on the NS CD Page List
