Google Chrome / Firefox not allowing me to...

Internet Explorer / Edge work fine --- however my primary browser is Chrome / Firefox. I am running Kilimanjaro and when I access my site from any device using chrome or ff I cannot zoom into images. Does anybody have any ideas on this? I can share code portions if need be.
