Using Effective Dating with Employee Records
The Effective Dating feature allows you to create changes on an employee record and specify exactly which date they happened on.
With the effective dating feature, you can:

[*]Make historic or future dated changes on employee records
[*]Explore employee changes using the effective date log
[*]Report on information across your employees as of a specific point in time
