Tips for Managing Your Time-Off At Year End
As the end of the year approaches, there are a number of time-off processes that occur that effect time-off calculations. There are a number of tasks to complete at year end to ensure a smooth transition to the next year.
Commonly, the end of year date for time-off is December 31, since this is the end of the calendar year. In SuitePeople you can indicate the month you wish for the annual entitlements to be reset, on each individual time-off plan. If you have chosen a different month, the first of the month is the beginning of the year date, and the last day of the previous month is the end of year date.
