Spotlight on...Compensation Tracking
Using the Compensation Tracking feature, you can track basic wage and salary information for employees directly from the employee record. When this feature is enabled, the Compensation Tracking tab is added to each employee record.

If the NetSuite Payroll feature is also enabled in your implementation of NetSuite, the wage and salary information that you enter in the Compensation Tracking tab can be copied to Payroll, so that you only need to update wage and salary information in one place.
