Health & Safety Preferences allow you to enable the forms that are needed for your company. Forms that are selected would display in your Workplace Incident list.

This feature comes with three Workplace Incident forms as listed below:

[*]General Form
[*]OSHA 301 (US)
[/LIST] To enable workplace incident forms, follow the steps below:  [LIST=1]

[*]Click Edit
