Using the Advance Employee Permissions feature can give administrators more flexibility and control over what employee information certain roles can access in Netsuite.
Did you know that you can customize the employee permissions to include a set of standard fields and custom fields on the employee record to fit your needs?
Let’s customize the Employee Administration Permission. [LIST=1]
[*]Navigate to Setup > User/Roles > Manage Permission.
[*]Click Customize on Employee Administration
[*]Rename the Permission Name (ex. Employee Admin + Office Info).
[*]You may add or remove standard fields.
[*]To add custom fields, navigate to fields > custom fields.
