Project Management / Task Templates
Hello-- I am new to the forum although we've been on NS for about a year. I wish I had found this user group sooner!
My question is this. We have a set of steps (approximately 20) that we go through each time we acquire a new customer. I would like to be able to have our project manager create and assign this list of tasks to the appropriate individuals. I can see how we would do this one at a time, but because this happens several times a day and it is always the same 20 tasks, I was hoping to find a way to templatize a list of tasks.
