Quotas
Hello,
I am wondering how people are using quotas. We have a solution we sell that has several items, but only a couple of them are commissionable (for example licenses may get a commission, but not hardware). I would like the quota to be set up for only those items, but apparently you can't use the Forecast vs. Quota Report in that case. It doesn't show the quota (issue 65400; actually it's an "enhancement", but I fail to see how the quota report not showing the quota isn't a bug...)
Anyway, is anyone using item quotas? If so, how do you report on them? Any best practices out there for quotas? Any quota best practices in general (people selling solutions with multi-items where only some are commissionable?)
