Support unavailable 1-9
I am very dissapointed with the netsuite support services today. Due to a companywide meeting, support is unavailable, they are making case numbers and callbacks for callers. I could have called yesterday afternoon, but chose to call in this am to avoid call volumes. Now, I have to explain to the VP that the report I am working with I cannot complete, as I have no access to assistance - assistance that we have paid for. My issue is too involved to gain assistance at this time, per one of the two gentlemen who are currently answering the phones.
Netsuite - this does not make you look very good, as we had no warning, etc, so that we could plan for this. Communication is essential and while I can work with this, the officers of our company are not going to be very pleased.
