Account Management - Best Practice
I'm curious to learn if others have seen or worked on an Account Management function within Netsuite. Most things that I have seen online (help, user docs, etc.) have been about managing Customer Support requests or Issue Management related to Product Development.
I'm interested in trapping & reporting on data related to an account or client. For instance, I want to trap issues, strategic & tactical plans, upcoming key dates, strengths, weaknesses, etc.. - maybe even a stoplight status.
