Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Managing subscription lifecycle
We recently implemented NS for marketing, sales and service of our subscription business. I'm looking for the best practice for managing a subscription's life cycle in Netsuite. Is there already a comprehensive document for this? If so, I couldn't find it. Thank you in advance!
Currently, our fulfillment vendor handles revenue recognition (details below). After the rep submits an order and someone approves it, the status changes to Pending Fulfillment. Via web services, we send the transaction to this vendor, who takes over the tracking of payment status, aging the order, etc. The vendor updates NS as the subscription moves through its lifecycle, modifying the order and sending custom records that are children of the orders.
