Track serial numbers for customer support & CRM

I sell some serialized products to end customers on the internet and to dealers.
When I sell serialized products directly to end customers, NetSuite keeps track of the serial numbers sold and I can also open customer support cases for those serial numbers.

I need to offer to my customers who purchased their products at dealers the possibility of registering their serial numbers in order to receive some special maintenance offers and to ease our support process.

Does somebody know how I could do that?
