Navigation between "Contact: Employee" & "Employee"

Using the "Other Relationships" link on entities it's possible to "switch" the view.

Except between "Contact : Employee" & "Employee" (and vice-a-versa).

We have custom records on our "Contact : Employee" records and it would be nice to click "Other Relationships" to move from one view to the other, as is possible with other entities, can it be done?
