The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

NetSuite Renewal
We just got our 1st year renewal with NetSuite and found a new charge in our contract as follows: "6,000 webstore orders per year. Additional webstore orders will be charged $0.50 per order, billed quarterly in arrears." So if I have a $2.00 order (which we do for downloads), I could potentially pay $.50 to have the pleasure of being able to process the order (to which I have already paid a premium to get that module). We pitched a fit about this "new" fee and so far they have not compromised on this. Has anyone else seen this? It is listed under "NetSuite License Includes". So NetSuite now wants to penalize me for selling more via the web. What is up with that? I would think they would want to encourage web sales to grow so
