Email Templates: New Subscription Management

I have been switching all of our user forms over to implement the new subscriptio management functions in v2007 (so far it looks great!)

However, the one probem I am having is sending out the confirmation email.  Each time a form is completed I send out an auto-reply that acknwoledges the form and confirms the choices the person made.

Net suite included a new tag for this feature - <NLSUBSCRIPTIONS> - however every time I use it in an email I get the error:

"An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information."
