Would a Weighted Lead Distribution Increase Your Productivity?
Greetings--
One of the best benefits that we have found regarding NetSuite here at Prudential Locations Real Estate is as a lead distribution mechanism.
Currently, we use a "Round Robin" style lead distribution process in which each agent on our sales team is distributed a new lead from our website as soon as the lead registers. Each agent's name is on a list, and NetSuite's distribution mechanism simply goes through the list, assigning one lead to each agent. Once it reaches the end of the list, the process starts over again from the top of the list and repeats. The lead is in the salespersons' hands within 1 minute of registration, allowing for immediate follow up, which the consumers love.
