Keyword Searches

A lot of our items have other names, generic or otherwise, that make great keywords for product searches as our customer service people are entering orders. From the website side (Netsuite) this works great, but from within Netsuite it doesn't work at all.

My people don't know all the other names these products could be called, but if they could use the same keyword search from within Netsuite as is available on the website to our clients, this would help immensely.

Is there a way of doing this, or at least emulating it?
