From Email Addresses in Netsuite
There are several places we've found (so far) for entering a from email address used when we send email out of Netsuite. Company Preferences, User Preferences and Support Preferences.
When we set up email addresses in these fields, I presume we also need to set these up in our regular email system and have them forwarded or redirected to Netsuite? Is that correct? And, is the email address we use for all these purposes the same - the cases email address?
And, finally, we have a choice in our email system whether we forward an email or re-direct an email. The difference being the from email address. With a re-direct the sending from email address is preserved. What do you do - forward or re-direct?
