Setting the recipient list for Fax & Email from a Saved Search (ER# inside!)
I've entered an ER that, if implemented would allow users to define a saved search to set teh recipients for Fax and Email and CC/BCC for Email.
I've run into a major blockage with the current list of recipients that NetSuite includes, it's useful only for the most simple of cases. Throw any custom records or custom fields even and it becomes too limited to use.
Not to mention that custom records with either contact fields OR child contacts will not be included in the recipient list. No bueno.

The description of the ER isn't exactly accurate, but I think when (if) product development looks at it they will get the point.
