Netsuite outbound E-mail format

Hello!

Is it possible for NetSuite to launch e-mails in HTML format? Think amazon or circuit city type e-mail confirmations

Would like to upgrade all the e-mails that go out to the customers, for example the order confirmation, case issuance confirmation, shipping information, etc…

Now customers get confused as they get an e-mail with the tracking number, but the e-mail does not say anywhere: Dear Customer here is your shipping confirmation... They are supposed to figure it out by the fact there is a tracking number in the Sales Order form

What is sent via “canned” NetSuite for order confirmations is basically unimpressive.  And I assume it is because we have not figured out how to make these more visually appealing?  Even use these as a marketing tool including images, coupons, etc...
