How do you handle selling a one-time-use item?
I've been able to get NetSuite to handle just about everything our company needs, except one thing, and it's been a thorn in my side for years...
Our problem is that we must occasionally resell items that we probably won't ever sell again, and in order to keep the sales process flowing, our salespeople will "deal with it" in NetSuite by just picking any random item and changing its description (radically, like, this blue crayon is now a red sports car) to suit on the estimate. This changed item makes its way to the sales order and all kinds of bad things can start happening from that point.
