E-mailing Quote's / PDF Attachments
Hello Everyone,
To date I have not been using the E-mail functions from within Netsuite, and I am just starting to play with it to get a feel of how it works, so I can train my staff.
I have a few questions that I could not directly get answered, and was hoping to get some advice or guidance.
1) When doing a quote, so far my experience is that when I click on SAVE & E-Mail, it is E-mail out, but NOT to the address placed into the "EMAIL" Field on the Output options tab.
How does this E-mail Field get used if it does not E-mail to the addresses listed?
