Best way to copy Website

We are in the process of "cloning" our account. The one aspect I can't bundle that I would like to is the WebSite content, ie the Categories, HTML layouts, web images. Has anyone tried to copy these to another account? We have paid for professional services, but I haven't gotten this questions answered yet, and was wondering if it is something I can do myself.

Any suggestions would be great.
