Renewing subscriptions automatically
Fellow NS users,
My company sells internet and other related subscriptions to its customers.
When a new customer subscribes for 1 year, that person pays for
1) a one-time installation fee
2) a device (e.g. usb modem)
3) 12 monthly subscription payments, invoiced at the beginning of each period.
At the end of the year, the subscription must be renewed automatically.
However, upon renewal neither the installation fee nor the device need to be paid for. Only months 13 through 24 of the monthly subscription should be invoiced.
Any ideas on how i can accomplish this in NetSuite???
