Staying Connected During the Holidays

Getting your Data (all of it) out of NetSuite

For various reasons I just did a full CSV export (our first) and am shocked by how much data is missing from this export.  I was told when we signed up (I know, I know...) that we "Could get all our data out at anytime by performing an export" - this doesn't appear to be true.

A couple of things I've noticed:
[LIST]
[*] no custom records exported
[*] not all customers exported[/LIST]
I'm sure I'm late to the party.  As many people have heard (and I've never heard it disputed by NetSuite) our data is sitting in a single data center.  That along with "other" reasons is enough to do weekly data dumps.  I'm sure others are doing this as well... if you are doing this, how do you get all your data out of NetSuite?
