dumb thing I do
In 7 years, I believe this is the 3rd time I have done this.
I open up my fulfillment screen .... in my early morning, low caffeine fog, I am thinking it is my print picket tickets screen--I have bot set up as a auto link .... "select all" and "submit". Instead of printing picket tickets I have just processed every single one of my orders, including some orders where stock isn't even in the U.S. yet.
Talk about red-faced, as I go about refunding on these people and setting up a manual method to track their back order.
Two questions come to mind. WHY didn't NS ask me if it was ok to "charge the credit card" like it does when I fulfill one order at a time. and Second, I'd love to remove that "bulk fulfill" button off the fulfillment screen. In fact there's lotsa stuff I'd like to strip from the fulfillment screen.
