view items customers bought in past when in a sales order
I would be very surprised if NS did not offer an easy way to do this.
How to : View past items bought by a customer when in a sales order.
My sales reps have been working around this silly problem for some time.
They do two things as a workaround when they have the customer on the phone, and they want to remind the customer of what they normally buy from us.
1) when writing a sales order, they open a new NS window, bring up the customer record /sales tab/ goto Item's below, and view Items in the "items ordered" view or the "Deal/Items" view.
