Return Email Address under Setup Company Info
Currently, my email name is listed as the Return Email Address (I'm the admin). The result is that all email notifications coming out of NetSuite to our customers appears to be coming from me. NS Support says there is no way to modify so that emails generated from email templates (such as auto-replys) contain a different return email address depending upon if the email template is being used by Sales, Support, Marketing ..
Here is what I would like to have: A field on the email template that allows insertion of the appropriate return email address.
How do others handle the one size fits all return email address ?? Are you inserting the NS Admin email or using a generic mail box ? ?
