Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Return Authorization Request Through Web Site
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to streamline the option for customer's to request return authorizations from their online accounts through our website?
Is there any way for us to have the option for them to access their order history easily, and create a return directly from their sales order? That way they can just select the order from which the return is to be from, click the item they want to return from the order, select a return reason, hit submit and get an RA#?
As it is now, looking up the order in the transaction history is not an option, as the data sort is not functioning (which I was informed to just wait and hope it gets fixed as an enhancement  ) so it displays oldest to newest, and if they have a lot of order history, their newest orders are not accessible or shown.
