Displaying the URL of a custom image field in a saved search
Let's say you have special internal-only images for all of your Item records, and you want to export a CSV of all the Items with the URL of these images. You can create a custom image field (for the purposes of this example, the ID of this field is custitem1) for Item records, allowing you to reference or add images for Items in/to the File Cabinet.
In the saved search, add Formula (Text) as a result column. In the formula field, type {custitem1} (replace custitem1 with the ID of your custom image field). In the results, you should now see the site-relative URL, i.e., "/core/media/media.nl?id=...".
