The following are issues that we have struggled and are struggling within Netsuite:
1) Our Netsuite data is a mess. There are many duplicates due to
a) The way company names are being entered – G.M., General Motors, GM,
G M; United States Air Force, USAF, US Air Force, U S A F, etc.
b) The way company locations are being addressed for companies with multiple
branches, or subsidaries, with contractors or work-from-home agents; billing
address, shipping address, remote project address, etc.
c) There are also inaccuracies and obsolete information, such as inactive e-mail
addresses.
How can we fix the problems above, and move forward in a more efficient manner ?
