CTI Integration

I need to integrate NetSuite with a telephony application, we know
that NetSuite already has integration with CTI Contactual and Five9,
but i wont use any of them. Has anyone ever made a CTI integration
using another phone company?
Needed a way how best to integrate NetSuite with a PABX application!!
