How to search by region; i.e. country or city
We have various customer records that are listed under different names than they are reporting.
I.e. customer X calls in and needs information but we cannot find their record. The assumption is that it is under a parent name or 3rd party (but the customer cannot recall who that would be). We do know the city the customer is in though.
One way to make it easier to find out how they are actually listed in NetSuite would be to search for all records by the reported city (or in some cases country).
I have not found a way to do a search by city in any of the documentation.
