How Do I Reply to EMail from NetSuite?
How do I reply to or forward an email listed on the Message tab of a record, like the Customer record?
I know that if the email was sent to me it will also be in my Outlook inbox. But if it was not sent to me I don't see a way to reply/forward the email from NetSuite.
Company policy requires that all customer/vendor/etc communications be sent from NetSuite. Often another user (manager, team lead, etc) will find an email that they were NOT initially included on the To/cc/bcc list. But they now need to follow-up on this email.
