Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Customizing the "Sales Manager" Roll
I'm trying to customize the "Sales Manager" roll to add more access.
1. I've made it where they can answer cases, but our list of saved "suport solutions" aren't showing up in the cases.
2. When they go to "customer -> Sales Tab ->", there is no "Transaction Tab" for them to see a customer's history. How can I add that tab to their roll?
-Tom
Also, he can open customers with this customized "Sales Manager" access roll, but today he couldn't open one particular customer that I can access with my customized "full access" roll. Why is that? Neither the customer or the employee have a location assigned and the role has no location restrictions. Why wouldn't he be able to pull up one particular customer?
