channel Sales or Partner Tracking
We've been using NetSuite for a while, but I'm new to NewSuite. We've changed our sales model from all direct sales to mostly a sales channel where business partners are bringing us leads/opportunities to work through a similar sales process.
Question is how to track this as I need to:
- tag the lead/prospect/opportunity record with at least 2 levels of partners that brought the lead/opportunity in for us to work and who we are working with to close
- track in the Business Partners record and see a list of all leads/prospects/opportunities/clients they have brought to us.
